Ridgewood Terrace is a Tiny House/RV Community nestled in a rural setting north of Longview, Texas, designed to create a unique community and lifestyle experience. Phase I was completed with 10 tiny homes in place and sold.

Phase Il was completed in 2024, adding 39 more tiny homes, 8 RV lots, and the last 11 lots are available for those who wish to build or bring in their own cabins.

It is located at 1501 N Fuller St, Longview, TX 75605.

Tiny home spaces will lease for $275-$450 per month depending on the lot, which includes water, trash, and lawn care.

Nestled in the trees at the end of South Lake Harris Road, Lakeside MHC is the biggest and longest-owned community in the MDunn Properties portfolio. This location is great for anyone who wants to be as close as possible to Longview without being inside it. Lakeside consists of 59 manufactured homes across 4 small streets sitting on the far-eastern end of White Oak, near Longview – just to the south of US Highway 80.

Lone Star MHC is one of our most convenient locations. It is located just a stone’s throw from the intersection of US-80/Marshall Ave. and US-259/Eastman Rd. in eastern Longview. Many useful destinations are close at hand. Here you’ll find room for 34 units, including a mix of both manufactured homes and RVs.

Big Woods is the perfect choice for those who enjoy country living. With only 16 homes, you’re sure to find the peace and quiet you need out north of Longview. It’s only about 10 minutes from important destinations in town, so you won’t be too far out of the loop.

Big Woods MHC is a little different from our other communities. It is located north of the Longview city limits, near the Upshur county line, and each of the homes is directly accessible on North Walnut Lane with its own address. It’s located off of North Fuller Road, which can be accessed via FM 1844/Seven Pines Road.

Skylark MHC is just right for anyone looking for a small community that’s within Longview city limits. It’s our smallest community with 16 homes, and it’s on the far-western side of Longview, near White Oak – just north of US Highway 80. Important destinations are less than 10 minutes away.
